Restraining orders and injunctions under Chapter 813 of the Wisconsin Statutes are not Family Court Matters, but may be related to such matters. These forms are necessary to obtain a court order under Chapter 813. There are certain restraining orders that are automatically put into effect in divorce actions; if those are insufficient under the circumstances a restraining order or injunction using these forms can also be obtained.
